Death could come as sudden as thunder

No body, no brain, no memories

Lost and confused

And only scars remain

New life or struggle to return

To remain in time frozen

To complete the unfinished

To say the unsaid

Or give in

Give in to the future

To the higher power

To the unknown

To be more

To a second chance

To make a difference

To fulfill

To reach the ultimate journey’s end

Or to reset

To start off with purpose

And forget

Be led astray

Be told to turn the other way

To conform to “norms”

To perform

To fit in

To win

To live like you’re supposed to

To die trying.
